In a nutshell
LangWatch builds tools that help AI teams understand, debug, and improve their LLM products. We're growing fast and looking for a Growth Intern to help us find the teams who need us, get in front of them, and build the pipeline behind our next stage. This is a paid internship (Amsterdam-based) for 6 months with a strong chance of conversion for outstanding performance.
About LangWatchLangWatch is an LLMOps platform for teams building with large language models. We help companies understand how users engage with their LLM features, what's working, and where to improve, enabling faster iteration and better user experiences. Our platform makes it easier to monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI products, closing the gap between proof-of-concept and reliable production. We're backed by great VCs, used by thousands of developers, and trusted by enterprises.
Now we're opening a hands-on internship for someone who wants to learn how modern B2B software actually gets sold. What you will be working on. You'll work directly with the founders across sales, marketing, and product. Expect real ownership, frequent feedback, and your work showing up in the pipeline within weeks.
- Outbound & lead generation: Build target lists, research accounts, write sequences that get replies, and run campaigns end to end.
- CRM & sales ops: Keep our CRM accurate and useful, track what converts, and automate the parts that shouldn't be manual.
- Market & competitor research: Map the LLMOps and AI evaluation landscape, and turn what you find into positioning and battlecards we actually use.
- Content & social: Turn product launches, customer stories, and experiments into posts for LinkedIn and X.
- Community & events: Help run our AI meetups, hackathons, and dinners, from guest list to follow-up.
- Deal support: Prep for enterprise calls, build one-pagers and decks, and chase the follow-ups that keep deals moving.
You'll learn how to:
- Take a vague ICP and turn it into a list of named accounts worth calling.
- Write outbound that a technical buyer responds to instead of deleting.
- Read a sales pipeline and know which number is the problem.
- Position a technical product against well-funded competitors.
- Measure what you do (replies, meetings, activation, pipeline) and iterate fast.
