LangWatch is building tools to help AI teams understand, debug, and improve their LLM products by providing deep insights into user interactions. We’re growing fast, have significant traction, and are looking for a Developer Advocate to empower our users. This role is remote-friendly, but Europe-based is preferred.
LangWatch is the LLMops platform for AI teams building products/features with large language models. We help companies understand how users engage with their LLM products, what’s working, and where improvements are needed — enabling faster iteration and better user experiences. Our platform makes it easier to monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI products, closing the gap between proof-of-concept try-outs and valuable production AI cases..
We’re backed by several key VC’s and already working with some great AI teams and enterprises out there. Thousands of developers use LangWatch to sharpen their LLM products. Now, we’re looking for a hands-on Developer Relationship Lead to join our growing team.
You’ll work closely with our founding team across tech and marketing. This is a broad, entrepreneurial role, and you’ll have the chance to shape how LangWatch engages with developers and the broader community. As we are a start-up this role is more on the growth side - and you’ll get the freedom to form it.
