Backed by multiple key-VC’s in the industry and working with innovative AI teams at enterprises globally, LangWatch is rapidly expanding. We’re looking for a hands-on Fullstack Developer to drive integrations, infrastructure, and product expansion.

What you'll be working on

You’ll collaborate closely with the founding team, a great experienced CTO, to build out LangWatch’s core product and integrations. This role touches everything from infrastructure to speaking to customers, giving you full ownership over critical parts of our stack.

Key responsibilities include:

• Product expansion – Contribute to feature development across the platform, from observability tools to customer-facing dashboards and interfaces.
• Self-Hosted infrastructure – Build and expand on-prem deployments and manage scaling across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Integrations – Develop and maintain integrations with AI models, monitoring tools, evaluators, and alerting systems across various libraries and platforms.
• Documentation & tutorials – Write clear, developer-friendly documentation and tutorials for every integration and feature.
• Fast shipping – Implement trending features and integrations quickly to stay aligned with AI and LLM market shifts.
• Customer-facing – Support technical sales calls, assist with onboarding, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer success.
